Residential Provider of Direct Supports (R-PDS)
Sand Run Supports offers a variety of residential services to individuals with MR/DD and their families.  Our Residential Providers of Direct Supports(R-PDS) assist individuals in their homes and communities with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, money management, shopping, attending medical appointments, and community involvement.    Our R-PDS’s receive thorough training during our orientation program and on the job training.

Vocational Provider of Direct Supports (V-PSD)
Sand Run Supports offers a variety of community employment opportunities for individuals with MR/DD to maintain competitive jobs in their neighborhoods.  Our Vocational Providers of Direct Supports (V-PDS) assist individuals with job placement and job coaching to enhance their skills as employees.  Our V-PDS’s receive certification to provide vocational supports as well as on the job and on-going training.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Sand Run Supports provides full and part time employment to persons who desire to build special relationships with persons who reside in their community.  Mentoring and   career advancement training available.
