Sand Run Supports offers in- home supports that allows family members who are primary care givers the needed supports to keep their loved one at home

• CONGREGATE LIVING:
Sand Run Supports offers group living sites that allow 2 or more individuals to live in the community with individualized services to enhance independence

• DROP IN:
Sand Run Supports offers drop in services for individuals living on their own that need a minimum amount of supports to remain independent in the community

VOCATIONAL
• SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT:
Sand Run Supports offers Supported Employment Services that provides supports to individuals to remain an active, competitive employee in the community

• SCHOOL TO WORK TRANSITION:
Sand Run Supports offers school to work transition that allows students to gain the skills necessary for community employment

• JOB DEVELOPMENT:
Sand Run support offers job development to assist individuals in finding competitive employment in the community
